Momentum is starting to grow for formalised Return to work/Re-entry programs in Australia. These recruitment programs provide a structured re-entry path for individuals who have taken a career break of at least 18 months, with tailored onboarding assistance which may include coaching, training and mentors - allowing for a smooth transition back into the workforce. 

Roles are aligned to your skills and capabilities and offer flexible work options. Programs typically have annual intakes and offer positions for fixed periods (10-20-week paid program), with the option to apply for positions at the end of this period. Alternatively, the program may be offered for specific roles on an ongoing basis. Below are a list of programs currently run in Australia.
